We cut the ribbon on 4 Faribault Area Community Solar Gardens! Big thanks to all our partners and subscribers including; Faribault Senior High School, Frandsen Bank & Trust, Minnesota Department of Transportation, and Goodhue County, Minnesota.
1st of their kind – Value of Solar – These community solar gardens are a part of the first group of projects in the nation to be constructed under a utility rate program that is not ratepayer subsidized.
The Minnesota Value of Solar rate program provides savings to subscribers without impacting other rate payers, ushering in a new era of clean energy deployment.
