How long is the subscription for?
We contract for up to 25 years, providing you long term savings. The contract is fully transferable in the event you need to exit early.

What if electricity rates change?
With our Fixed Savings Rate subscription your savings are locked in. No matter what utility rates do, your savings stays the same.

Can I cancel or exit the contract early?
Yes. You must give notification of at least 90 days. This provides time to find a new subscriber. If a new subscriber cannot be found, you must pay the termination fees as detailed in your contract.
