Why do I work in clean energy?
I have seen clean energy bring wealth to Midwestern communities by way of land rent payments, production taxes paid to local governments, and energy savings for homes and businesses. Solar energy is also great STEM education to help kids and adults think about their location on the globe and calculate energy production and dollar savings.
What’s your favorite place you’ve ever visited?
It’s a tie between Sevilla, Spain and its amazing people, history, and culture, and Split, Croatia with its chill beaches and Diocletian’s Palace.
