Julian has spent his career in clean energy project development, product development and operations roles first at SolarCity (now Tesla Energy), then more locally at Ten K Solar before founding Nokomis.  His experience includes technology selection, product development, strategic marketing as well as construction processes & management.  His focus here at Nokomis is primarily on engineering, procurement and construction.

What motivates you at work?
Our customers. Working in the energy industry, I am surrounded by people who are excited about what we do. But it’s not until you talk to our customers that you realize that people outside of the energy industry are excited about clean energy. That gives me real hope that we’re on the right track here at Nokomis.

What’s your favorite place you’ve ever visited?
Iceland. More than any place I’ve been too, Iceland demonstrates the true power of mother nature. And it’s energy system is already 100% carbon free!
